Low Audio on T10

Hi everyone
Any body had low volume after unlocking/flashing, Ive got T10 and customer swears it worked ok before I unlocked and upgraded Week 00w32 to T18, now ringing ect is fine in fact whole phone works fine but on listening to audio it is very quiet, customer does not want me to break seal to check speaker any ideas anyone please.

This is truth... When you use non ericsson software/hardware this is one result...

No problem I persuaded the customer to let me break the warranty seal and cured it, it turned out to be the speaker after all.

Why i think your warranty is lost either!!!
