Is this flasher kit seen on EBAY (Item Nš: 6390669315) suitable for flashing a Nokia 3120 so I can unlock it.

I can't unlock it by code as my attempts are used up.

You cannot flash or unlock the 3120 with cheap dct4 flasher.

You need a real box ( saras, grffin, jaf etc.. )
