yesterday i bought a infinity box
i installed serial number reader
with the password i got i just can'tog in in support area
log in box apears again and again
another thing i am trieng to unlock a X300
after it conects to box saying serial number........
ready
i choose the right comport and press unlock but it gives me error straight away
ERROR UNLOCK NOT POSSIBLE
SO THIS IS MY START WITH INFINITY BOX

Did you download and install the main software?
what is the software you installed?
If you did not install any software what file did you download from the support area ?

i got on a cd rom from my reseller and for x300 i have used
[INFINITY BOX]V1.07A
