X600 no service + Limited service

i have a X600 some times he goes to no service .some time one signal come some phone showes limited service i software it many times but same now i think thats is hardware fault .now any one help me

i have the same pro with c230and x620 any help ?

remove mic and cheak.coz i face many problems in x620 after change mic it shows limited service.
