s300 problem

i have s300 when i push bottom on for long time the phone is on but when i remove from bottom the phone is off and when i but the charger thephone is work fine but when i remove the charger the phone is off and am change the battry but same problem........
please any one help me...

I have the same thing, there is one big IC on the left side, top of the sim card holder and i lift him up and put on back and phone works now

I think you have shock damaged phone. Disassemble it and try to find a crack in compoud around BGA chips. Remove, reball and reflow the damaged chip(s) and all will be OK. BR
