My E600 dead after bad flash !!!!!!!

My E600 correct fonction, the errore it's not open the folder "my video"
I try *2767*2878 - *2767.FULL, not résult.
I try to flash => Big problem, the flash ints block in sector 8 and the phone not power on.
I use cable PCB093 in "D/L" position and optiflash 4.51 in another model (E710 D410) it's ok.

I hsve few E600 with such problems. Faulty flash chip. If you can't flash with any soft, chage flash chip.
