LG 5200 charging problem

I have a LG 5200 charging problem, it shows charging and i already charge the phone for 12 hours and the phone still charging.

When i unpkug the charging, the battery indicators show 3 barsi guess its 85% charged.

What is the problem, i already change the battery and charger, still the same.

Help!!

But mine shovs onli 1 line batery.
Icharged on a batery tester and there charged full.

Are you sure you use original charger only? I solve this problem with original charger.
