How To Make Full Reset To My Qtek S100??? [Archive]

Hello,
I really don't know how to make full (hard,soft) reset to my QTEK S100.
Anybody,could help me,please

Push the power button, camera button and reset button at the same time when the device is off.

(reset button is in the bottom of the device).

Power button, camera button and reset button at the same time when the device is off is to put in bootloader mode.
Power button and reset button make the hard-reset. Is a way to clean up all data except the operative system. You'll loose all your personal data, installed programs, etc, except those stored on the memory card. To perform an hard-reset press the On/Off button and simultaneously insert the stylus in the reset hole.

Make second choise when your Qtek S100 is dead (dont power on by soft problem).
