Loading Games to S700i

:) Hi I have been searching for ages and cannot find an answer so can some one please advise. Is it possible to load games for the S700i via the usb data cable or will I have to purchase a blue tooth device for my PC. I have a load of SE games on my pc but cannot work out how to get them onto my phone. Is there a solution? or a website where you can send your games from your pc to your phone. Thanks for any help
