Allways when I attempt to activate my Thunderstorm dongle with upgrade client I have these error message : "Internal error ocured in aplication Error Message:Access violation at address 89F9FFC6.Read of address 89F9FFC6.
I was try to activete dongle on two operate system On Win98 and Win XP and allways same error.
What I must to do to be able to activate dongle?

To spend few cents on phone call seems big problem for You ?
Why dont You call me, my phone no is on ThunderStorm home page. There is no problem which cannot be solved.

I need to download the updater from the support area but it is not there?

Who can upload or send to me?

Check utilitities support Area Thunderstorm

i update it then it say dongle hard lock not found why?
