blank screen problem in Ngage

:confused: My ngage shows blank white screen after 2 to 3 minutes when i start my phone. i have tried 7780 and 7370 codes for restore. but didn't worked for me. i have also tried code for hard formating by dial key, star key & 3 key. but it doesn't shows any sign or word for formating.

Please send me reply for what should i do now. Along with it tell me how can i hard format my ngage. (I have no griffin box)

That problem can only be solved by box , I had the same problem , you need to format the user are by box :(
