T10 problem

I have a T10 00w22, I have removed the SP-lock from it and I have upgraded it to a T18.

But when I sometimes try to make a call, the phone usually "beeps" two times and refuses to make the call (sometimes it doesn't beep), but sometimes it works.
And I have also noted that sometimes it doesn't recieve any calls when someone tries to call(It doesn't ring or anything).

And when I sometimes talk with someone the phone aborts the call(hangs up the phone. This can happen after a couple of seconds and sometimes after a couple of minutes and sometimes not at all.

And all this happens even though I have a got very good reception (Full according to the phone). I have also sometimes noted that when someone tries to call me, the reception falls to none/zero and then goes back after a couple of seconds.

I have tried several different firmware 990917, 000114, 000414.... and have tested different EEPROMs from some T18s and T10s including original EEPROM from my own. But none of the problems got any better..

So I think the problem is hardware related.
It sounds like something is wrong with the antenna or the stuff around it :-(

I have opened up the phone several times to see if I can find something wrong. But the antenna seems fine.

Anyone got a clue what the problem can be?

I have tried to find the error for a very long time, but I haven't succeeded yet. And I can't afford a new phone either.
