Dear all.............

i have J200 actually i dont thing so my phone is J200 or J200i hou to knoe the type of phone..............???????

phone prob is, some yime LCD normal but some time LCD blank, some time for long time the lcd is normal but some time forr long time the lcd blank to, some time when i open phone menu lcd blank some time no problem ldc normal when open menu.

did any body know what the problem is.................??????????

did the problemis 100% lcd............????? because j200 is newest phone typein my country i think to hard and to difficult to find or get the lcd may be expensive to but if 100% lcd prob no problem to import the lcd to my country for me.

I had this problem 5 times from customers but since there is no solution, i reject it all.

I wonder could we use z200 repair files to fix this lcd problem?

Maybe Lead could confirm a solution for J200i blank LCD problem. I', sure this is a software problem, coz when i use LCD in other phones, LCD works just fine.

This broblem can be solved with ufs artz by full (con + fix + cust) flashing ...

the procedure is here under...

Select Z200 in ufs artz and uncheck exit boot.

1. Flash MCU (Con + Fix).
2. Flash Cust.
3. Click InitSecblk.
4. Click YES.

If phone doesn't turn on automatically, remove battery and place it again.
Thats it...

use the giving language files (mcu1+2) with given cust file, it'll help you to revive your phone, don't mix up the given cust with your own or anyother language packages. in the last dont forget to initSecBlk...

flash all with exit boot uncheck ok

intialised security done ok

test on three set but no success

what is wrong i am doing i dont know

what about hardware problems ? could it be ... ?
check with hardware analysis.

Could it be a Z200 that has blue/blank screen on inside LCD and blank with many dots in outside LCD could also be fixed with this method?

i think its the board of J200 so why don't u people talk about J200 coz when ever i got this sort of mobile i have to sent that to MOBILE company to repair that one i don't know whats the procedure but they DONE that easily so is there any solution for J200 or not.

Yes. But if the problem really is in LCD then it's not 100% a software problem.
But a good idea is that if you have a J200i with lcd/display problem then flash it with the following procedure before going to try any hardware solution.

-Flash it with any R1B language pack. (Con + Fix)
-Flash it with one of the following Custs. (J200i Custs (http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=16687))
-Click on InitSecblk. (Click on Yes)
-While going to click on YES, if phone is not on remove battery and place it again.

hii guys,i fixed some of tis prob by resolder the connector of the lcd and board...Good luck..one more thing,dun simply flash ur phone if u dun exactly how to flash....coz i killed 2 of my phones :(...Good luck everyone!

i think i found it. give it a try. (kinda old topic though but might help)

tested on unit build 05W05 j200i
flashed many times with usb-smart and ufs-atrz, phone is alive and can call
except that u cant see text like "insert sim" etc on screen.

finally did this:
using usb-smart, select j200
flash it with J210_NVRAM_CLEAN.arm <<yes for j210 :D
i think its a clean up data 256kb long filled with "zeros"
having this address/offset 00006B0002000400 (a guess :D)
i think/hope somebody can make one for ufs.

after flashing phone will die,
just flash it again (full) with ufs-atrz and do "init security blocks
and phone is alive and working well.
