Hi friend!
Try to flash the phone a few times with ATR 5.x (you can find the necessary flash files for it in www.zulea.com). (http://www.zulea.com).)
If that doesn't work, then try uploading to eeprom (with a file that is not included in ATR 5.x).

Did you try darklemming method? Write eprom from that pack , and then flash , i have revived few t10 with his method..

get HERE (http://gsm-unlock.virtualave.net/Ericsson/Revive.zip) revive program by dark lemming. It should solve your problem. I believe zulea webpage has no longer flash files on it... anyway his site is down at the moment.
