Nec crazy unlocker v5 dont work

Hi!
I have a nec e313 3g SimLocked phone, i already install the unlocker program, and the usb drivers,the hasp emulator. I start the program select phone modell , obex com port, press direct unlock,and after the progress bar go up to 100% the program tell me i write the imei number from label on phone,after i do this, the v5 write imei error on screen, and the phone not unlocked.
I have Win xp,and the correct usb cable.
Anybody know, how to resolve this problem?

Then you just ahve bad luck as I unlocked a E313 yesterday and A E228 and Another E313 the day before :D

crazzy works fine 4 me to, u must be unluckey
have u tried using crassy unlocker instead
the one with the reg key trick
and is our cable modded correct
and what sv is ur phone?

Crazzy 5 Works Fine Because Software Is Original, Only Hasp Protection Has Been Taken Off And I Had No Problem With It So Far

try *#06# and make sure imei is same on label as inside your phone

do both of them software unlock version 22 and above on nec 616. also how do i find out what software is running on nec 338.
