Try 4103 with NEC SUPER TOOL!
There is also a KeyboardCommand like *#75.... but I don't remember...

Hello ItalyGirl, Thankx 4 ur Advice ... but i cant be able to Reset Memory... and i also have Nec Super Tools, when i run it says " Sorry Shove it " ... can u guide me how can i Reset Nec's Memory... Thankx in Advance
