unlock it second time and make sure you put right correct imei number in and dont disconnect until it tells you to.

i have the same problem with that software when unlock in windows XP SP1

solution is :

install win2000 or winMe then install the Cazzy unlock v5.0 and try to unlock again.

Note do not unplug the cable until the software tell u so.
