i tryed flashing nec 313 and after flashing its not coming on but stiill enter tat mode.
DEAR
Try to repair its IMEI using crassy or nexus.
U can use USB cable OR a GX30 powered cable.
TRY hard and u surely gonna get success.

thanks iwill try that now.i susperted that the imei was bad wen i tryed to unlocked it.thanks guy :)

flash it using E228 flash file..... :)

Yes he is right ;) Flash your mobile with e228 flasher. In fact there are two types of e313. If you connect it to a charger and green led appears it means that it will work with e228 flash only. If the led is red it means that you can flash it only with e313 flasher.
So if i have a type of phone what can be repaired with E228 flash , HOW REPAIR CAMERA ???????????
