Nec Super tool problem

Hi,
I had NEC Super tool time limited version and it work fine. After time was expiried I instal some version of it as installation version of same program but I cant enter TEST mode. Only I get is message "Power On Error".

What can I do?

Is there any other program that work with interface of Super tool?

"Power On Error" is a cable problem... check 10k ohm on 5V if your phone correctly wake up when you press "POWER ON"!

yes, but on other computer with first version of super tool it work fine. I have 10K resistors all the time
