E228 doesnt sound ringtones

here s problem with my e228 it doesnt sound ring tones , while buddy dances and lights blinks as its ringing but no sound from speaker , but speaker is ok it produce sound when we play movies ,
is it hardware/software problem??????????? and watz solution
