e700 not coming on

hello friends i got two e700 with same problem,
the phones are not coming on becouse there is a short circuit on the PCB,
so when i connect to power supply the power supply short circuit,
i have not been able to find where short is coming from,
some one pls help me out here,,

i also removed PA no result,
