Is it the flux or lcd it self?
In most cases just replace the flux cable.

100% flex cable. Either you will have to resolder screens onto another flex cable or you buy a new screen. If you are experianced with soldering iron it isn't too much trouble but I would just buy a new screen if possible. The directions to repair are on this site somewhere..... ;)
