Hi all ! New to this forum; but been in Cell Biz 12 years. Started repairing a few years ago with basic stuff; very basic for this forum. I am now the "Go To" guy for this city and have A LOT to learn. I started trying some soldering with a..., are ya ready for this?, Cold Heat soldering gun. Ok, I'll give ya time to stop laughing...Anyway, I'd like to know of a good set I could start with small enough to solder a power button on a Nokia. I have several 3100's, 3200's, a 6225, and a 6200 all with the power button missing. I tried it with the Cold Heat gun and it was like trying to thread a needle with cooking mits. I also tried looking in these forums for the way to Jump power these phones WITHOUT the power button and cant do it; I have several customers that need pictures and info from phones right away. Can someone please help? Thanx in advance!!

:confused:Once again, I searched for twenty minutes before posting and could not find instructions on how to power on a Nokia missing the power button. The particular model I'm tring to do this on is a 6225. In the old Moto Brick days we use to call it "Jumping"; which also allowed you to get into a phones programing with out the sec. code. Tz... ili az ne sam dobre s o4ite i ne vijdam... or there realy still do not exist 7390 schematics... ama ako se poiavi otnekade... super - i have 2 pcs - one water damaged and there is no camera working - tested with new camera module. also flat cable from PCB to camera, also voltage to camera power exist ... so ... schematics for more detailed measurement is needed... but second is very strange - poliphonic sound exist just on upper speaker - so at first look - like flat cable make a problems - but not - there flat is OK - low PCB is a problem - also sound PA is checked ( at least there a strange electronics design is maded, but there is not a place to make a Nokia products discusion .. ) work well - also SM / or schematics / is important to have...
