Emmibox, its would be nice for your business if you could resolve this quickly, because he is waiting for too long.. he has been more than pacient with this situation...
As you said, this is a problem between you two... but personaly i wouldn't give you any more time, because you are always delaying this goods and the delivery... and i don't know where do you live, but if i send here some shippment from the SLOWEST mail company, it will arrive ANYWHERE in the world on the next 12-14 days!

if i was a cheater why i bother to answer all the time here?????<br />the matter is about 500 usd,thats all.<br />problems is that i have been cheated with over 2000 usd and now i dont want to lose money again.<br />agaunlock own me over 1000 usd and he dont even bother to answer me at all.....<br />anyway,is easy to call somebody a cheater...<br />what you do in my position?

Emmibox, since you ask I would give the money back right now and save what little of your reputation there is.
So you lost money in the past, so what? This has nothing to do with this client, how can you penalise him for your non delivery? At the end of the day, you agreed to supply goods for a certain payment, he kept his part of the bargain, you failed to deliver. if you choose a method of delivery which is this bad that is again your problem.
If you cannot show he has had delivery of the goods take it up with your courier, but once it is shown he has not had delivery you should credit. This matter has gone on much too long.
I am not calling you a cheater and I accept you have had bad fortune in the past but this is no way to do business! Your problems are yours, as are your clients current problem with you. Just give the money back and learn from your past mistakes, only send goods with payment, and use a decent courier. I get goods from the other side of the world all the time in 3-4 days just by ordinary post, 2 days by courier etc.
thank you people for help,yeah it is a problem of 500 usd more than 8 months ago,with that money i would have done better things or buy from any other the stuff i needed ,so please give money back
