but if you try to hack his softs, sometimes you gonna have some problems with some dead phones

anyway, he is NOT a cheater

many times we have made things together and he was always right, sometimes more then me...

It more looks like a misunderstanding between you and Skkeptik. There are so many models of phones and just one wrong read series number can lead you to purchase of wrong soft..

I'm friend with Skkeptik and I sell his soft as well as I purchased a lot of soft from him and never ever happened that he cheated me or sended me a non workin soft...

You must first clear it with the author of the soft where the mistake was because the most easiest thing is to call someone cheater and a bad word is spread around the net faster than a good one
