Calm down mate!
your fone is in test mode
easy
1. enter 1 on the key pad
2.enter 99 on the fones keypad then top right button
3.wait 5 seconds press 3 another 5 seconds then select (top right)
4.wait another 10 seconds
5.when it says finished press any key
6.turn fone off using top right button 3 times
7.your fone is unlocked and no more xxxx

But can Unlock the phone. The phone is show XXXX.
Can you send me program to Unlock new version of Sharp.

Press 1
Then press 00 (double zero)
Change all options to OFF
press top right until phone goes off.
Turn ON to try.
