What is the cheapest reseller for mobile phones you ever heard about (and is of course not scamer).
There is no such thing there are to many factors to take into account it varies from day to day and model to model it also depends on how many your buying there are numerous factors to take into account.

Of course there's many factors, but someone must be the cheapest, that's the fact. Maybe there'r many cheapest sellers, but the fact is, that THEY EXIST :)

you will not find real good business on internet.You must travel to get in contact with different dealers from different markets for this ( ex : dubai, china,some europe country's also)

But your missing the point IT IS complicated you cant just look on someones web site and order 1k D500 as theres a good chance they wont have any and if they did and they didnt know you they would basically laugh at you and bin your order.
The sim free business is large and world wide most people will only deal with people they know or people who are introduced to them by people they trust even then you have to be a legitimate company vat registered etc and prior to doing any deal with you all your details will be checked even through the vat office at redhill
So where as it might seem a simple idea to say you want 1000 or 2000 phones in reality it isnt that easy as for they price even buying in those quantities the price varies day to day it can even vary by £10 a unit in a day. As for the cheapest again there IS NO SUCH THING one day abc might have the cheapest stock but the next day it might be xyz. A lot of it is down to having good contacts and relations and knowing the people who can get the kit in but even then there ARE NO GUARANTEES.
So the question your asking CAN NOT be answered in the way you want. Like it or not i cant explain it to you any better than that.

Maybe I'm 18 year old, but I'm doing this since my ****ing 13 years. I have webhosting, I was selling mp3 players (from China), tickets for concerts, etc. I never had any problem, just once, from Nigeria ;> .

LOL Yeah i did notice his low post count but i wasnt going to hold it against him i thought i might of been someone grow up with a reasonable idea of how things work lol had i known it was a kid i would have saved myself the time and just told him to go to ebay lol :)

This is not a buying and selling or e-bay stuff.
Support, experience, reliability, delivery, trust etc.
Sometimes, you cannot put a price on these.
And most times, cheapest does not always apply.

the bottom line is tht we shud contact his parents and tell them to take care of him and his pc . so he shud not visit such business sites again:)

This is "The Market Feed Back", and there was many words spoken about difrent reselers, so I can ask for the cheapest reseller.

BTW: If I asked about it, I of course ment serious seller, that's the fact.
As for me ATS Communication in Indonesia is probably the cheapest from others countries, and they do export also. He also do honest business, so dont worry to get scammed.

i sold over 20 mp3 players in 2months (from china), i think it's quite good. now i'll do business with dvd recorders, i think i can make big profit, because of expencive prices in our country. but ok, thats offtopic;>

i'm not discriminating you on your age, as i'm only 18, but 20 mp3 players averages to 10 a month which isn't a lot at all
i'm attending university and find close to 20 customers every couple of days needing a phone unlocked/flashed
i've also sold ipods and sold over 100 in a week

also... even if i, or anyone else, gave you the website, e-mail, msn, icq, yahoo messenger, aim, sonark or even phone number of my reseller and asked for price, they would not give you a very good price
good prices between me and my reseller are because of the relation we have
like how if i sold things to my friends, i may only take a couple $'s for profit whereas to customers or people i don't know, i would mark up my prices a lot higher
