i am a setool user and i need to upgrade to card version
my reseller is www.setool.net
But they not answer any more
Who can i contact?

That is happen with all of us, Setool2 users, dongle is late, too many time is late,
What you think about temporary implement, Setool3 posibility on Setool2?

can they do it?
it will help us a lot
after one month what to do with that dongle as many user aare buying other tools

I just hope that they will not make something else after this...I'm tired of upgrading the setool, first activation code, after that recalculating of the code and now dongle!
situation is a farce. i had my activation done by a offical reseller. he promised me this and that. still no dongle. very bad service.

Dongles were late I agree.
I also agree that all customers lost some money by not unlocking new models.
But I dissagree that SETOOL Team ever made any farse !!!
Anyway, cards are released, finally , and all resellers will have them in stock in next 2-3 days.
btw. K750 flash files available only on SETOOL support area . :))

setool is a sad team who made his costumer wait to get the dongle instead of calculating again the activation string to the people who broke their computer or needed to format it
this behaviour is REALLY SAD! they SUCK,end of discussion!
they didnt care if other people were loosing money they just cared about their own money!

Looks like the only problem here is about 'you not taking the money' .
Seems like you forgot the money from 'R' phones allready.
You think that '3' company will not ask from LG new protection now?
Wait few days, take the dongle and kiss it every day after get awake.
It will be your 'biggest love' . ;)

i upgrade my setool2 to card version and... now i don't know how to unlock lg 8330 and lg 8138... everybody tell us how to flash phones, how to do test point, we have a lot of pictures etc but dosen't works.... i recive the same error.... i have UFS3 box connect with correct LG cable (many other lg 3g phones done before)... i selecte flash file corectly but.... :confused: what can be wrong there? should i drink some.... and forget, if i know something, about how to unlock phones? :eek: or.... i'm to stupid? :confused: :P help me until is to late :D

You must use 'cnv' flashes.Go to support area and download them.

oh my... need to make a big banner ...
LG 8330 and LG 8180 ONLY CAN BE UNLOCKED THROUGH TESTPOINT.
though, it can be flashed without testpoint.
for flashing WITHOUT testpoint need special flashes.
for flashing WITH testpoint need check "use testpoint' and "force flashing"
how to use testpoint - read in multiple threads here.
my last post on that question.

I was one of first regular CUSTOMER directly by them on www.setool.net,
and now they write everywhere setool dongle upgrade ready, a lot of
update each week but it's impossible to understand:

None knows where to buy upgrade
But they are updating everyday

None has smart card to work with it
but still no reseller have setool dongle tell me mobile land and mr laser is this our right to ask abt update if yes then y u banned me at setool support forum you peaople doing mess with your customer and also wish that no 1 speak against it.is this fair?if like to pissed on mobile land forum and i dnt like 2 env f*****k u and your dongle keeep it in your A*****SSS
