I hope it will helpfull info for our custumers.
it is usefull but i have made one small mistake.
first time i have entered wrong/old email adress (hridaya@hotmail.com)/just using copy paste i have finished wrong.
sended second time with ok mail adress , but nothing came.
i wait mail for hridaya2002@hotmail.com to finish registration

box is alreday registred to mail: hridaya@hotmail.com

hridaya@hotmail.com ws also and is also my mail just i have forgot the password long time ago.
i was a little unaware and instead of hridaya2002@hotmail.com i haveuse hridaya@hotmail.com.
now what to do, to buy another box??
please mail the user and password for hridaya2002@hotmail.com or reset that filed to make corect registration again.
you will see it will be the same box as the box registered for hridaya@hotmail.com
it was my mistake. but consider i'm old delokcustomer i have 2 philips dongle, maxon,sendo.
