Hi, this is my play around to find the way to make HP BT stereo headphone to work with NC6000 (still cannot get it work yet). I find the way to force High Quality Audio Profile (HQAP) to install on Widcomm 4. To do this by force update driver the existing Bluetooh Audio driver in the Device manager of the System Properties (control panel thing). Don't let the window to find... it will always locate BT audio for you... try to select the source driver yourself
(Select this) Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)
and then...
(Select this) Don't search. I will choose the driver to install.
and then...
(Uncheck) Show compatible hardware
Then... Bluetooth High Quality Audio driver will appear... select it if you want to force it to be installed. Windows will prompt you incompatibility something ... ignore it (AT YOUR OWN RISK, PLEASE KNOW WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO! AS WE ALWAYS SAY DON'T TRY IT AT HOME IF YOU CANNOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT ;) )...
In my case, on NC6000 internal BT module, the driver can completly install... but there is no source transmit to my HBH-10 headset using this HQAP but when swithc back to old driver... it's working... Thus in my opinion now is that the NC6000 internal BT dong(ey)le is not support A2DP (even HP stated that! with Widcomm 4). It may be possible that further firmware is needed!
Also, I try to play around with BluePC... with HP BT dong(ey)le but it's also not work... I still cannot recognize my HP BT stereo headphone... if anyone know any better... please advice.
