x450 big problem

i have one x450 originaly phone came in with "please waite", i reflow PCB with hot air,
now phone comes on well but there is no light on the keypad and lcd,
someone help pls as this one is urgent,

Please check the lcd connectors are connected properly and the phone is not water demaged.
If it reaches to the same position where it was before reflash it and will be fine.
