Plz help!!!!!!!!!!
fitted new lcd on samsung d500...now the ringer and speaker r both not wrking???i know u cant do much wrong when ******* lcd but the customer claims it was wrkin fine apart from the broken lcd???:confused:

Please check the Speaker its same for ringtone and voice function may be its wires are not making proper connection.If possible replace and then check.

no brother just as in all slide samsungs like d410,e800 the flex connector usually is the problem,so you may need to change the flex.But also most costumers tell lies about parts working before and now that you fixed the probelm they complain about they want to claim some othewr thing .

yah flex connector is ya problem chang it if not fixed den chang d speaker wire.................easy.

Did you manage to fix the problem by changing the flex cable!!!
I'm in exactly the same situation. changed LCD, now no ringer or speaker - sounds.
Just waiting for flex to come in the post, before I can try it!!!
Will post results, if any if flex cable fixes it.

Hi friends,
This complait is due to flex cable.But remember while re fixing flex cable should be care about the possition of cable.ie.there is lcd side&pcb.If the flex cable fix reverce,some times ringer&vibrator not working or lcd itself.Care should be taken for fixing cable to the connector socket;otherwise socket pin may be broken.

i have changed the flex cable but stll the problem is still persisting no ringing no earpeace ,i have also done dry joints with hot air but no joy ,what else could it be on my d500, should i try to flash it

i m first time using samsung mobile i hav d500 new but i m facing poblem, when i first time inserted sim its up right and send key not worked but this problem resolve automaticaly and now keys working but another problem is in camera. when i open the camera the view is faded but when i press capture button the picture is clear and if i deleter picture then preview is clear and if i save it then preview again faded. can any one help me its problem that or it is software problem or its flex cable. i m using it in pakistan while my brother sent me from south africa.
plz help me........
