please help me with phillips 650

before flashing it was v11
after flash with v15 - Philips 650 28-01-2005 LP 4C.FLD
and lang pack - Philips 650 LP - 4C EastEurope.PCD
display is blue when power on
as program say i make unlock and reset eeprom options
but still blue display.
what i made wrong?

and now, when i flashing phone one more time,
computer hang on on 68% and phone dont start any more.....
what i muts to do?

Now u have to flash phone by testpoints, i do not have testpoints for 650 yet, will try ti get the phone and will upload testpoints to support then.
