WBR ThunderStormHow long does it normally take to get activation key for dongle? I received mine on Saturday and sent ID straight away, now tuesday night and heard nothing :(
Every other solution that I have that needed reg key I got within one day in fact some within 10 minutes of emailing details. Is this the support I'm to expect from thunderstorm team?

Out of curiosity who issues the activation string? I send my details to my reseller who in turn sends them to distributor does he then send to you or does distibutor make activation string?
