Online registrations!
Well now we would like to present our online registrations tool for all our custumer. Now no need to ask a Login and Pass from you dealer. Just run the software and feel the forms. After that you will recive you personal data for server access.
Please dont share you personal data - becouse your account will blocked. Registration tool you can found in support section (http://www.multi-box.net/fmgr_login.php).

In support area was add new PDF docs. How to register your box online, now you can read this manual. After that you can register you box without any problem and recive you personal data - login and password for access to support area.
So for this you need 3 things:
install the drivers for you box ( download the driver (http://www.multi-box.net/Download/MultiBox_Driver_Install.pdf) )
run the software for online registrations ( download the regtool (http://www.multi-box.net/Download/UserReg.rar) )
read the manual and run the registrations software ( download manual regtool (http://www.multi-box.net/Download/MultiBox_Support_Register.pdf) )
After that you will recive into you mail box you personal data ( login and pass for access to support area )
Nothing happen when i click on userReg.exe ...............can u help me what is this problem. i have installed multibox drivers , disable my antivirus and checked on both winxp and win98..........

Hi!
I too can not register box: tested on 5 different PC, tested with 3 different Internet providers.
All firewalls, antiviruses disabled. Result always: "Error!".

You are already registred. Check you mail provider.
To All: read the docs before you try to register.

Thank you for answer. I successfully registered my box & software only in the morning.
Before this your server did not work. Deskside my computers did not change. Now, your support server works orderly. Now this possible with any one of my provider and under any operating system (Win98SE, XP, Win2000). ;)

FAQ: “Connecting to MultiBox server…Error!”
ANSWER: Check your Internet connection. You need to set or even disable Firewall on your computer or your LAN. Close anti-virus program.
I wrote about it too many times. Server is working. All is ok.
i have been waiting for user name and pass for 5 hours now but no mail receved pls check sever
i get this massage ,but no user name nor pass

It's mean that you have a problem with your mail server or you wrote wrong mail.
i used another e mail but its still the same thing

Are you sure that your box is not yet register?
Also as I see no new user registred, so it's mean that you have a problem with internet. Tell me please you e-mail and box ID.

As we can see in a final it is not a problem with our server or box. All is good.
You box is already registred, so ask form you reseller about login and pass.
I have registered today and recived the EMPTY mail from suport.
Can you check that please.

I feel in regtool.exe next data:
1. Name
2. Country
3. E-mail
4. E-mail agine
After 1 minutes I recived the message:

So as we can see all is working good. You should check what are you doing wrong.

Over and over same freaking error !!!
Now i know what you gonna say ... read the docs (done)
Check firewall (windows firewall even disabled)
Check connection (its a proxy server - broadband)
Finds box perfectly .. drivers are installed...
What now ?????????
And i'm not A NEWBIE ! so don't treat me like one...
Is the server really working or is it just a retarded server like the sagmaster server that doesn't allow proxy connections >????

for the record just tried an unprotected (that means no firewall) connection using a normal 56k modem dial and surprise surprise ...
STILL NOTHING !! SAME eRROR !!!
Same error...win98 / 2000 / XP / LAN / Modem - nothing !!!
I try retrieve my log and pass with registratio tool but get server error..

As all of you can read in our FAQ section - if you see server error - that'a mean that server is offline.
