Hi
I have problem, after update i unlocked 1 phone. When i trying unlok second phone software write " restet box" i press reset and my box is death:(
When I make update I have this info:
Ready...
Box require update!
Connecting to update server...OK
Uploading user data...
No data...
Timeout!
Write User Info error!
Update completed
No data...
Timeout!
Box Reboot error!
Connecting to update server...OK
Update completed
No data...
Timeout!
Box Reboot error!
How I can repair my box? Plese help me

Are you register you box before you make update? Use registration tool for registration your box first. Then you can make update.

I registered my box and make update. I unlocked 1 phone and after reset my box is death. On the BOX in LCD number I don't have nothing only " . "

Check you internet connection. You have a problem with internet ( antivirus, firewall )

When i press Reset button on the BOX I lost all information from Settings window. I have only:
Multi-Box - (c)2005 DELOK Research lab. - www.multi-box.net
Box SN: xxxxxxxxx HW ver:1.0
Last update on: 29.06.2005-15:26
Box require update!
Before press Reset button I have many more information. My User name Country mail Sendo philips ......

There is only Reason for this Problem
Problem Cause Due To Low USB POWER :) :)

i have same problem and try more then 3o try to update but box give same error
on the led display only decimal point is lighting
any profesional solution
box registred already
i have try with no firewal and no antivirus and we have *** internet conection

You have bed internet connection. It is not a problem - send to PM your e-mail, name, box serial number and we solve the problem.
