I decided to share my experiences here about this box
I searched a long time for a good solution on flashing bb5 and also dct4 imei repairing and changing
I tested JAF
I testes PBB
I tested Griffin and use a lot of logs on griffin server
I tested ufs3
and finally I got my universalbox dongle ......

I start with installing the box
web site was very easy to use and easy sign in (I have a lot of problems with ufs3)
update procedure was wonderfull
badpoint: no list for updating loaders and fia files I finally complete them with fia files from ufs3 installation package
server speed was a little low but updating flash files with file list was very good
flashing speed in rh-18, rh-19 and totally dct4 phones is lower that ufs3 but very easy and user friendly interface was very good
very bad point: UI settings and option are poor and no option for making backup from phone book and users data....

very poor installation info
also there is no SE cable in pack specially K750 cable is missed
also update for c62 without cable is useless
no lpt port cable in pack and it won't work with no lpt cable I test 5 cables that all work very well with griffin box
also nobody tell me when I must use external powersupply
I decided to use it only with lpt port and no use with usb interface
very bad problem in flashing 7710
no ape flashing guide
and problems with loader for 7710
please solve this problem kima....
best flasher on bb5 that I've ever seen
I through my jaf in trash can
very good and the best answer for my needs
very disappointed in dct4 imei repairing
I tested 24 phones and only 2 phones is ok
all 22 repaired with griffin log without any problem
unbelivable and worst point for this box
in final update of executable file there is no ask/rpl calculation and only we have imei patch menu but very bad result I got.....
it seems nobody is responsible with this box
at least give a hand about this problems

About the sever speed: we planed to put more servers around the world for the best service.
About the extra cables: As I think you bought the box when the cables not availabe, only updated the software. We ship all of our cables with the box, except the nokias.
Ape flashing not impleneted yet, but soon with an update will be available.
There was problem with RPL writing, also we will fix.
We try our best and implement the most important things to the box as soon as we can.

This box is not click & play (no big funny buttons like other boxes, no 90pcs of different cables) now you decied what is important for you the cosmetic or the :) ... I think now everybody owns 1 UFS it is a normal thing these days so you can use the cables from that device (I mean Nokia) ... So if you decied to use this box then for sure you have some cable building experience :) Updates are comming very fast :) I think it is a fully ok box and unique ...

I have 3 needs that makes me buy this box
1- flashing bb5 and I got the best result I give five start to this part *****
2- IMEI pachting that makes me free of buying logs every months and no hope
I told you I tried 24 phones and only 2pcs was repaired any opinion on this part?
3- ape phones and I think I must wait
please if there is any point about imei patching thqat you think can help us, share here

I know the differences between all boxes man
I sold about 500 ufs3 here in my country so do not tell me about it
but everybody wants to buy a box with good support and at least we wanna have full functioning about what is in the available software
I have an imei pacthing option and I payed for it so I need it working at leat in 80% of cases not in 5%
I donot know how many phones you tested with this box
but I tried enough and I can tell it is box problem (not mine)
so I ask for some help
is it wrong man?

1. Tell me who gave u the Box without the Sony Ericsson cable?
2. I think making a cable for c62 is done in 2 minutes.
3. LPT Cable cost not so much. U really want to call that Bad Point? LOL
4. First u say it does not work with LPT and after u say u did it with power Suply! :rolleyes:

Btw, where is your name on the reseller list on UFS3, somebody who sell over 500 boxes MUST be listed in the official reseller list, :rolleyes:

Hi,
I did not attack u, i just dont like when poeple waiting for things like it was promised they will get it. Sony Ericsson K750 cable was not in Box because in that time it was not supported yet. If u want to wait for cable till your resseller will give it u for free, u can wait long time. But if u want to start working with that phone. My advice to u. Get one original cable from the Box of the Phone and change it to rj45. Thats the same way all my customers made it. Also very easy.About usb and power at same time. Me and all my customers never had problems with usb. No need Power supply. Perhaps u have that onboard USB and most times they are not good. About your testing i just say. Thanks. Nice of u! Thats why they are poeple like u. Because we dont know all problems and bugs. Because we dont have all Phones. When we know it, Universalbox Team will try to solve it.

the problem of imei patching is solved
but no hope on ??????????????4 phones yet

I think we sold and still selling enough credits for Universalbox Server. :D
And this because we always hold promises. Everything is o.k. We dont give promises which we cant fullfill. Support was never bad from Universalbox Team! Am i wrong?

I think its interesting, i cant believe anyone who buys logs wouldnt find it interesting.
As you know sonyericsson K700 etc... CID29 can be unlocked with free software on this forum.
So whats left for customers those that cannot be unlocked with freeware,
CID36.
So rather than keep waiting , tell customers the truth, not keep silent for weeks.
Just say we will not support CID 36 on server because we cant or we dont want to.
Then i wont ask anymore and move on too another brand of software.
