Just look at this for a poor product with little to no instructions and non existant support:

I bought a Redbox 2 a few weeks ago, I've tried to use it on a couple of occasions without success. I contacted the reseller for advice and was told that they only sell the boxes and to contact the author. I ask Julvir how to access the support and his response is:- 'ask the reseller'. Don't waste your money or your time buying these products I'll be getting a full refund off this and my Sag-Box and if you've just bought yours I would suggest you do the same - just look at his response:




( I've already asked him before about access to the support which he ignored )

Why have you not given me details of the support page, why am I wasting my time and your time because I have no cable, no details, no instructions. I've spent over £500 on redbox and sag box and if there's no instuctions or facilities to use them (i.e. they dont work) I may as well get my credit card company to get a refund.

I have a number of tools and most of the authors are spot on for help, among the best are: #1 Cruiser #2 Smart-Clip #3 NS Dongle - these are the top of the true proffessional tools with actual support.

lg 7050 cable can be supplied if u have a usr box. i use usr lg cables for my vygis and its ok. i currently bargainging on purchase price for an 02 cable from a reb box owner. take it easy.now u've got the box try hard to keep your cash after some time u will make money as u become more at home with it. as for sws, i have one plus i had a code reader 11 and i miss it. i was asked to go to support page when i needed to download the lasted sws soft to solve my clip not found problem. and ofcoures i can not get the serial if the soft does not open so i could not get. but ressele gave code reader, got sws back and im only hoping it will flash: thats the only thing i look up too. the donge serial

I bet youve not tried getting support from Sagmaster, another proffessional tool. :D
As I said in your other thread, dont blame author just use decent reseller.

In this field when one is looking for info decency is less relevant what is important is experience and wiliness to shear and help. Like your post I can not see a word that comes near to helping. Only words to induce more frustration.(want to tell me u’ve never experienced this.) Authors have experience out side the confines of program due to the amount of time they have invested on this field. Most some time they can help but some time its: “I’ve sold the box, its not my business to inform on this kind of issue,, I’m tired, of the nagging let him meet his reseller”. Even at this user hardly blame authors, cos they work hard,. if u look more closely at their situations: its more of disappointment. Sometimes it right, sometimes its wrong. . Yes I have gotten bad support for sag-master. Bought one and could not activate it, did caused a big problem btw I and reseller./

I have chosen the wrong reseller which I now know thanks to your response. I can not do anything about that now other that get a refund. I will definately consider the UK resellers that you refer to in the future and I couldn't agree with you more about UnlockCellular, I think Gunawan should be crowned King Reseller - he is a star.

Cheers anyway FU Too - I've calmed down a bit now, put my dummy back inmy mouth and all the toys back in my pram.

It's sws-sag box and my thinking was - if there's no support or help for the redbox then I can't expect any support for the sag box.

I've only recently joined this Forum but I've been a visitor for quite some time. What I've noticed is there are genuine people here who genuinely want to help and then there are arogant people who think that people are ignorant or stupid just because they don't posses the knowledge or experience that they have.

Thank you OKOKO, this is why I was f***ed off. The last thing I wanted to do was contact Julvir and I did it (privately) as a last resort. The last thing I want to hear is that (after I've tried everything else) he can't help me, not because he is unable to but because he chooses not to. As I said before I bought this product to unlock phones not to sit in a drawer gathering dust. I've paid my money and now I'm being passed from reseller to author. I haven't got the patients to play these games. As to the reseller you don't know a resseller is no good until after the fact.

and is very simple , for protect resseler , i choice to not give KEY file ( for active box ) and acces to final custumers ,

ask me for support for unlock phone or what cable to use , i will answer ,

but if you need KEY or acces , get it from your resseler , or as you write to me

ask for refund your credit card and make what you want ....

I have the key, but I do not have login details for website for drivers etc. The reseller is a waste of time, no response to e-mails and evrey time I ring someone says that the person who gives support is on their lunch or on the phone or on holiday. The people who are happy with the product are obviously happy because they have paid their money and the product is working and they are maknig their money back. I've paid but I'm unable to use the product. I've already given you my serial number etc and whichever way you cut it you have your money and I have an expensive red aluminium box.

Another f**ed off customer - LG C1200 switching on as soon as connected to Redbox (C1100 cable). Exactly the same as with C3300.
Looks like the box is faulty to me - is this why the reseller is avoiding contact and Julver doesn't want to know?



It's Julver's product and he has my money via the reseller - but as he admits himself - he doesn't want to know.

My friend has a redbox 2, but cant get usb dongle Driver to install the dongle.
It was bought from Multi-Com, and the driver is not in the support area.

Pls can some1 paste it here ???

According to the posts you have to contact your reseller. I was under the impression (not having any instructions or access to the support area) that the usb simply powers the dongle and the communication is via the LPT. That was the way I installed, read the key and activated mine.

I don't know if this has helped you but what I do know is you'll get no help from Julver (The 'Man' of Redbox)

Julvir has helped me many times (I have redbox 1). Maybe he is busy, but surely there are people using redbox 2 everywhere

As for me, what I need for now is just the Dongle Driver.
So now I know U have it, can you pls paste it here ???
Lets see how you would like others to support you, by the way you paste or send to my mail.

ThanksHave you asked Multi-Com? he is good reseller and very approachable. I'm sure if you tell him you cant find it he will rectify the problem or send you it.

No problems with MULTICOM,GSMINFO for years !!
Really trustable reselers for sure !!
All problems always resolved in some,several hours (if it is not weekend and holidays).
In other way just try to sent PM to Julvir or contact him on ICQ or Sonork- ALWAYS GOT HELP FROM HIM !! :rolleyes:

for these models, using lg 7050 cable the power-on botton should be held down untill the phone boots should incase it does not.

I'll try and get hold of a 7050 cable and give it a try.

Just to pick up on what you've said Multi-Com, I said to 'danntogolo' that I thought you didn't need any drivers for the box, but I've noticed that you have said you connect LPT COM and USB. Is this right because I've only been using the LPT and USB - I wonder if this is the problem?

This is something else.
When he brought it to me to assist him in sorting it out, (the redbox 2) He attached a USB dongle also. Since I dont use 2, (I use the first redbox), I tot it comes with The attached USB Dongle.

this time i will not talking in ironic mode in red box i use redbox from 2 year now and the problem that i see in red box more and more but here julvir no one hate u or sws team we need a good support and a good support is not a big problem see the example of gsmserver
in main red box help us many time but we don't get a box for a few help and all the time we suffer from this product
so julvir i don't say that u r a cheater but i say that u r bad managed and orginised u need too give more support more update and more respect to custommer(never say to custommer sell ur red box if u don't like) u must respect custommer like we respect u
try to find a serious solution for problem of red box and u know ther r many
support more ur custommer because as i see with all ur resler they don't support ur custommer they taking money and say for custommer go to hell
take a example of ur sagem the support is good why u dont do like this for red box

@danyogollo: I don't know what USB key did he connect but for sure it was NOT CONNECTED at any part with RedBox equipmnet. USB in RedBox/RedBox II are used only to power supply and if you got DC 5V you can connect to it as well USB plug B and then plug to RedBox and it will also work (you can also cut D+, D- lines in USB cable since communication it's not needed)

@Zingaro: refer to aliwali post, all problems with RedBox or other equipment s are not only your problems but your resseler also, if you then don't get support for product that you purchased that means that you bad choose resseler, contact them with him for money back (of course if it's possible by rules when you bought a product). Please note that regarding drivers please refer to my previous post - no drivers are needed for RedBox as device drivers, maybe drivers are needed for some phones as Sharp X15 but in this way phone require driver for install in OS but not RedBox, hope all clear now

JUST SELECT ONLY GOOD RESELER !!
I have RB from Multicom and it is for sure original , not clone .This way I get always help from Multicom, but if it is not possible (it not depends on Them) I get help from Julvir ( SWS Team ) :D
People belive me !! : THE BEST WAY TO BE ABLE TO WORK PROPERLY IS TO CHOOSE TRUSTFULL RESELER !! :cool:
If do not belive me just look into Multi Box section.All problems looks the same but help comea from trustfull reseler , sometimes more quick than from producer of box. :D

Julvir has made thousands of these boxes already.
Imagine if very user started asking him support questions directly. Julvir being a nice guy and doing what some end-suers expect him to do whould start answering their questions, spening some good 8-10 hours online daily for that reason only.
Guess what - a few weeks later users would start complaining there are no updates for the box. But where will julvir take time to work on updates if he and his team spend 8-10 hours online answering various users questions?

Resellers take their margine not only for shipping goods from one country to another but also for providing customer support. ....if they want to survive on this market. very simple. that is the philosophy of trade.

As it was righfully mentioned here users often rush for cheapest prices neglecting the fact that they will most likely face serious support problems with an unknown reseller who doesn't want to invest his time and resources into customer care.

I understand your views and agree with them to a certain extent.

But I did my homework and bought my Redbox through an authorised reseller and it was only as a last resort I contacted julvir.

I'll just add aswell that I contacted him privately with reference to access to the support site so that I could use my RedBox.

But instead of acting professionally and helping me with access, he just gave me some bullsh*t answer.

If I've bought one of his products, from whichever reseller, I have a right to be able to use that product.

It is the reseller at fault here not me, yet I am the one who has lost out. ( the reseller has my money and julvir has my money via the reseller)





P.S. Keep up the good work I have both Smart-Clip and Smart-Unlocker and they are true proffessional tools with true proffessional support.

As far as I'm concerned your Clips and Lead's Cruiser are the leaders as far as quality, usability and a proffessional approach to the business. Anyone thinking of buying them - don't think just buy.

There's no way I'm kissing anybodys ar*e here, if a product is good people should be made aware and if a product is bad people also need to be made aware.

unfortunatly you have been messed around by your reseller, dont always go for the cheapest reseler but the one is around to support you properly

the only way to improve resseler efficiency is to throw in a little competion. this idea of having only one official resseler, which has become common placed , should be worked against. cos no matter how u look at it one weak ring will make the entire chain weak: bad resseler= less willingness to patronized the author whose product was rubbished by reseller

OKOKO any company which operates have a single distributor who supplys all retailers in there country which is the best way to do it saves on shipping and saves on trouble but people are still having problems with the real notion of a distributor
