View Full Version : Change Fonts in Nokia 3230

Hi friend.
I had nokia 3230 with firmware 3.0505 & just upgraded it to 3.0510 . Now i have the problem that in this newer version the font size is very tiny.I have tried font remover to remove the font & installed newer gdr fonts in the folder c:\system\fonts but it didn't work as there exists some old fonts in the folder z:\sytem\fonts which can not be deleted as they are read only fonts & are in use.Can anybody pls tell me that how can i change the fonts in my 3230.

i open this topic yesterday but have no answer.. if u do that only font in Fexplorer will change... i think N3230 font cannot be change...

I have searched for my topic in many forums but couldn't got any clue & at last i tried it myself and got success.The process is a little bit tricky but not impossible.I am giving here an attachment.Remove any previously installed fonts with font remover or so & try my application.

yeah i can't change my nokia 6670's fonts too. i have a big problem on this.. could you please teach us how to do it? thanks in advance!

Just try my above application on ur 6670 & tell me if it works then i will tell u all the steps to create.

i think to change your font "install the font directly to you phone memory" to remove it use font remover :D

waaahh!! i changed my mind. i just bought a sony ericsson k750i. I am very happy because it's so nice compared to nokia phones. hehe. Now, I dont care if it does not changing it's fonts. hehe. I got good pixels and good quality sounds of music for my sound trips. hehe.

should i compare this to my new 8800????or old 3230??ha ha,
