People JUST DO NOT BUY MULTIBOX !! till better days come to MB Team !!
They sell box and say : Philips 655 possible to unlock .
It is not true !!!!
I bought that box, becouse I had some theese phones to unlock but after many questions I got answer : wait for testpoint pictures or update, but it will be done when will be done !

Today I had to give back all Philipses 655 to customer.My neightbour bought GSMVOLUME and unlocked all theese phones to my customer.
Now customers looks at me like like at small boy,wchich can not unlock phones but others can without problem :mad:
I belived MB Team and bought box specially for 655 but ... now I am not trustfull for my clients and lost them and money from them :mad:
So now I really feel cheated.As I know much more people feel like me :(

after theese so hard words and loosing money by me I got help. :eek:
The most strange is that help is not from Gsmtricks and any other person from MB Team. :mad:
This help is from GSM INFO / SAGMASTER TEAM !!

Yes, of course,

just send mail to GSM INFO / SAGMASTER TEAM , becouse files are big with pictures ( about over 8 MB ) and I have small transfer in office
.

Really serious and helpfull people :D this is all bull**** i dont think sagemmaster team can help u as they r unable to help their own sagemmaster clients who have damadged dongles (device not found problem during update) i would have believed u if had talked about ---SMART CLIP TEAM ---because they directly helped there clients who damadged their clips during update and only answer SAGEMMASTER TEAM give through mails is talk to yor reseller and resellers are least bothered about old products and they tell u THEY have to ship it and noT sure about repair or refund of dongles IM SAYING ALL THIS BECAUSE I ALSO HAVE 1 SAGMASTER LYING IN THE CORNER WAITING FOR SOME CLONE THING TO HAPPEN JUST LIKE SAGEM CODE READER REPAIR -----ATLEAST: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Stop f**k the Multi-box team - if you dont like, back to you reseller the gods. All pictures are in support area.Sounds like you give really good customer support, remind me NOT to buy a multibox. Maybe pitures are in support now but after seeing other posts it seems that they werent there until someone screams about it.

to GSM TRICKS :

As somebody noticed : there was no pictures till I wrote some bad words about MB.You started selling MB and there was no pictures for over 4 days but You described that P 655 supported.So please show me only one man in Poland can unlock P 655 before yesterday !!!!!!!!!!Otherwise look into MB section and there is much more people with troubles like me !!
I got pictures from GSM INFO made by their own camera by them !!
Is not it a little strange ??
So please do not tell me that I am fu.... MB Team !! I just tell the truth !! :p

After late with testpoints next troubles come from MB Team :(
The most of people who bought that box have troubles to conect phones.
Do not belive ? Just look into Multibox section !!
I have Alc OH1 multicolor.On redbox I can conect phone but after geting TATmode I got "unsupported version.On Delok 4.2 I get " ST ?????? ".Seems to be trouble to comunicate with flash type.
On MB always Timeout :mad:
MB is based on Delok so I see that troubles with that phone is not prepared well.Errors from old Delok 4.2 are not repaired till today in MB. :mad:

So I see that MB is just like a copy of Delok but no old bugs fixed and for a very long time :mad:
I know many people like me (having many dongles ) and so big troubles to conect phones are ONLY with MULTIBOX !! :eek:

In my opinion MB Team should work more hard to repair all bugs, not only new but even old from Delok from over a several weeks ago!! :mad: and it would be much better if they do it before starting selling MB.
It is not the best idea to copy all possibles old softwares from Delok and put them with all old bugs to new box.Specially that this new box is full of new bugs,mostly with comunication.
This way of trying to colect money will not bring You glory!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If You really want to get more customers for MB (old owners of Delok and new customers) just repair all old and new bugs and than advertise that You have new good box for sale, becouse now we feel like experimental mouses paying You for unfinished and full of bugs device besed mostly on old SW we have from Delok. :mad:
I hope that future will be much better, becouse present time is TOTAL DISASTER and MB do not bring now any great news ( I mean working well ).

AND specially to MB TEAM :

We all know that all new devices have often lots bugs to fix in future.Do not You think that there is something wrong with You and Your box ??
Alomost all answers from You are about systems and PC troubles.Just belive that lots of troubles are in Your box and SW with bugs just copied from Delok .Why no updates to fix bugs or try to put to support site pictures how to repair box if needed ( like other dongles,boxes producers) It is not a shame!

I can confirm that :
Just talk to reseler ! , but if You choose bad reseler it is Your problem if he can not help You !
From some time I buy all devices from only a few persons, serious persons and have no troubles.All damaged dongles reapaired or changed,many troubles solved.Sometimes I have to pay a little more than from man called X but for sure good reseler is absolutelly worth of spending sometimes a little biger money.
Total idiots for moe are people asking me :
Hey, Stefan, why so expensive?Twister is for 100 EUROS and Smart Clip is for 50 Euros on Allegro ( kind of Polsh auction ).Are You crazy man ?

.... Than after some weeks they ask me to help them ( damaged phones,SW errors,dongles not work,no support,unsupported version of phone,no other kind of help).
So it is only one way to help them :
Just buy a big hamer and stronlgy hit in Your head.Than ask me again for help and think to change reseler, but for real price !

I do not want to hurt anybody but it is real story repeating so often in my country.


P.S.
.... and no resolved troubles with GSM INFO / SAGMASTER TEAM.
They are only people like all of us.All can be out of order becouse it is done by human.So lets be human also and ask other human for help.
People write bla bla for Sagmaster Team,Redbox SWS Team,Multicom, Jala Korjar, Polphone ( and for many others too) .Just remember , they know themselveles well and are trying to help us too.Not only to collect money.
From people/Teams desribed above I always got full help.All troubles I aked them are resolved!!Today I got message from Julvir (SWS team) on sonork that new version of Philips Comander is ready becouse I asked him to help me unlock strange version of OH1.Mail from GSM INFO with testpoints I got becouse Grzegorz saw my troubles on forum.
So for sure theese people remember our troubles and are trying to help us even if we do not see that !
