I Can´t Uninstall. Please Help. I Use The Activesync And The Control Panel From The Phone But I Can´t Uninstall.
O.k. You need some registry editor , for exm. PHM Registry editor . Then open in this editor : HCLM/Security/AppInstall and simply delete folder Sprite - I dono how extly its name . It should help you. ;)

when i turn on the BT and want to add the receiver i choose mi GPS type in 0000 and after i can see yor smartphone succesfully connected with cpit-GPS.
but i can't choose com port.
i hope it's not problem if i've got nemerix chipset receiver???
has anybody got any idea??????

In my phone, after you set up the connection,press the menu button and select COM ports.Select the bluetooth GPS and New outgoing port.(and unsecured connection) Something like this should be in your phone too.Search it for a while and you'll find it.
After you do this the tom tom probably will work

No there are other files in these folders : Storage/windows/AppMgr and Storage or Storage Card/Program Files . Both have name Sprite somethink. Acording my experiences there should not be other files.

Thanks for the D/L it worked fine, 3 things to mention to you( in case you didn't already know it) and to other forum members:
1. The Tfetfiles prog. is a trial version (it works fine but gives you this trial version message every 5 times you look for the file.... aka:"rom")
2. You have to type the file name (verbatim) in the file name field you can't just click on the file name to load the rom ((at least on my SDA))
3. Wish it were done in english (but a good one even without it. I can figure it out anyway, it just takes more time) [wish i hadn't quit taking french after my first semester] :confused:

Although you REALLY have to tweak this app to get it to run, it still kinda runs slow but fast enough with most games to be tolerable. So, Merci BeauCoup!

Mines doing a weird thing though. The backup to storage card works great but the PC agent is still saying the it is unauthorized. Can't seem to get it to work at all.

BTW, what is the sprite.z01 for?

Hi everyone first poster here. Thanks for all the posts / advise / software etc, fantastic is all I can say.

I have really spent time trying to find the correct version and installation advise for tomtom on the SPV C600. I've read lots of conflicting comments and downloaded various versions to the point that I'm now a bit confused, so I want to start all over again. I'll realy appreciate a response to these questions.

1. Am I right in thinking that the correct version for my phone (WM5 QVGA) is tomtom 5.2, or will earlier versions ie, 5 work?

2. Can someone who's installed this successfully on a similar phone kindly point me where I can download a cracked version with instructions.

3. I'll need GB maps, is there a specific version that has to be used with the main software?

5. Finally, are the nokia versions different?

I'm sorry if these have been asked b4, but there so much conflicting information flying around that after spending the last week searching, I felt I had no choice but to ask again.

unfortunately, at least for me, there is the same bug (SPV-C600).

When Photocontacts (3 and 4) is running, if I press the START button, Start Menu is opened BUT ...UNDER the current homescreen with no visibility at all. All the shortcuts are there but .... not visible.

Please confirm ...

Install v5.31, copy the keypatch.exe to Same Dir and run from there, the 5 digit number that shows on the error dialog is your serial number. Exit keypatch.exe and run explorer.exe and register it with 5 digit number that u got from error dialog.

I am not getting an error dialog. I have tried in the Resco folder and in the root folder. Am I missing something?

Do-It-yourself quick doc, works on every cities every map every device:
Install the program and its maps as normal. Copy all the VMP data files back to your PC and open them up with a hex editor such as UltraEdit-32 or WinHex. Go to the end of each file. You will see something similar to this: Code : VITPNS,xxxx,xxxx; or just Code : VITPNS,xxxx; where xxxx is a 4-digit number. Change all the 4-digit numbers to 0000 without modifying anything else around it. Save it and copy back to your PocketPC, overwriting the originals. Launch the program and open up any map. Register with 00000. All other maps will automatically be unlocked as well. This has been tested on Tube Pro and Rough Guides programs. Your software is kracked... And now you know how!!! Once again: Swelldisk is worst application that you can put in your phone. It only compresses files! And I didn't mentioned awfull support and practically zero explanation of its functionality on their website. Try it on your computer - compress mp3 or avi (probably the largest files on your storage card) for example with zip. What you get? The size of file is 99% of original size, not one third! Try to use your brain, dummy! The capacaity of your storage card is always the same and there isn't any application which could increase it. Swelldisk fall in group of teleshopping rubbish.

I cannot seem to get this to decompress. It gives me an error when i unrar the file, plus i noticed the d/l speed was slow and after it got to 22% downloaded it all of a sudden stated it was done downloading. But the file size was only 85 or 90 kb when it looks like it should be around 350kb. You may want to repost this or put it on fileshare or something. Secondly, where's the original install file. Sprite Software's site doesnt have a shareware or trial version to crack so where to you get the original install?

*****edit: i finally got the file to download 100%, so back to the second thing i brought up, where is the original install file. Otherwise, isnt this kind of a waste.******

Please, a working Full version of Resco Explorer 2005 for Smartphone
Here it is, keypatch and Registry Editor included.
Use keypatch in main folder, as it was the explorer.exe
Then go to about and write down error code, 'cause it is your serial!
Start Resco Explorer and register with that serial.
Now u can delete keypatch if u want.

Search for ClearView Office. It can read MS office files. Orneta reader reads PDF but with no pictures. I'd upload them for you but I am at work.

Uhm, sounds strange to me, 'cause i use it and works nice. What do u use?
Basic or Advanced mode? In advanced u have to check what kind of files to backup, if your backup is not complete, restoring is incomplete...;)

Does anybody know of any remote control software for the smartphone***ex: VITO remote***???(not the ones to control your PC but for your TV, VCR, DVD, etc...) all of the ones i can find are for the PPC and not smarphone since all of them tend support the touch function only. I know I sound lazy but i'm really tired of trying to hunt down my remotes all the time, but my cell is always nearby and you can call it if its ever lost!!!

i use advanced mode, with al checked, except storage card. if I restore from backup created with trial version, all is restored corectly.

you have tested restoring, or only do backups?

It has been worked on for years, but nothing came of it. The main issue is that the IR is not strong enough and what good would a remote do you if you have to get up to use it. the other issue is there is actually some kind of hardware limitation with the types of IR they use in phones. That is what I understand anyway.
