Please advise how to register the dongle and access support
If you can please advise urgently as I need to unlock couple of phones

Yes contacted my reseller. Says he needs the dongle ID in order to activate support.
Where so I get the dongle ID reader from? Checked on Website but found nothing there

Download drivers and Updater software. After You install drivers, please start updater and click "NEXT" once, to see Dongle ID.
When You get Dongle ID, please do folowing:
Contact Your reseller, and provide him with these details:
- Dongle ID
- Your e-mail address
- Your Name
- Desired user name (8 characters minimum)
- Desired password (8 characters minimum)
Access to support area and activation strings you can receive ONLY via Your reseller.
