how to upload jad and jar java games in n gage

I am trying to upload jad and jar java games in n gage but I dont see to be doing right, as symbian games I have uploaded and they work ok but when I install a jar file I dont see any game installed there. Please can some one give some detail on this how to install these files on n gage.
