I just got Blazer and after I copied the program into my hard drive and tried to unlock my mobiles it always says "comunication error" whenever I try to connect the phone, I tried G4015, and G4010 using "D" cable.
Is there some activation or drivers I should install?

No, it musn't be installed any driver, just get the software ( exe file ) and run with cable connected. It's very important that your PC gives correct voltage to your box.
Connect the phone without battery and press connect. If you still have erorr " Communication erorr" check the cable here: http://www.blazer-team.com/cables Try to check pinout and to solder again. After all of these operations you still have problems of that kind , you must contact your reseller to change your box.

open the box and find inside a zenner diode.
remove it or replace it, and your box will work 100%

Andres gives here 100% workign soluiton for communication error - Box its for sure OK, just replace zenner and your problem solved

1.-Wich zenner is that one? D4, D3, or D2?
2.-When we remove it, should we leave the circuit open?
3.-Can we close the circuit with a simple wire?
4.-Is it necesary to replace it?

D4 must be replaced or removed.
this is the reason for comunication error.

I tried this:
1.- I removed the zenner and replace it with a good one (didn't work)
2.- I removed the good one and leave the circuit open (didn't work)
3.- I closed the circuit with a copper wire (didn't work)
4.- Finally I just put the old zenner back and stored my box.
Now I have a box that costs a few hundred dollars that doesn't work and with a void warranty.
I don't think I'll ever buy anything from Blazer again, ever.
ONLY USE CABLE SERIE "D" and all is ok connecte the phone clic connecte presse power on long time and u see connected
I just had the box replaced and now everything works fine now.

but now I have No Box Found, looks like I got a dud box :(
i solve my problem °communication error° by changing the USB cable °from pc to blazer° now blazer works fine, since the previous cable did not support the blazer for enough voltage ...!!!

But the one I was using was the twister one with the purple lights at the ends. But anyway as I say it now says no box so I cant even get it to malfunction anymore! :o
You can also try to conect your Blazer Box using USB Hub with external power

I remove the zenner and box I work ok, but alone for a while.
Cominication error is back.
I want now to put the zener, but not you the value.
Please value for D4.
