I have been bying logs from them in the past and ewerything went great.
But now i did buy 1 single credit for remote unlock because a friend did need to flash a phone a.s.a.p
On the page they wrote " Get Logs imedlety" something so i did send them money from my paypal account.
After that i did get a message that i had to wait aprox 48 hours to get account information.
Mailed them and complained, got a username and password after a short time.
But when i did check the account by pressing info button i did see.
Credits left:0; Credits Used:1
WTF!!! Do they sell used account, i can't pay them again and my friend is still waiting for the credit since he did make money transfer to me yesterday. and i don't think he will send more money because of fonefunshop.co.uk selling used accounts.
if he have to pay 2 times he could have saved money if he send me the phone for reflash instead

Sorry you were having trouble with your logs.
The truth of the matter was that our account was hacked, and logs were stolen.
Anyone who bought the logs around the same time as this happened, may have found that the credits appear to be used.
indeed they were not used, just cancelled to piss the hacker off.
Unfortunateley, som normal users were affected by this.
I must stress we are not selling used logs, and the problem is now fixed, everything is back on track. and all i can do is apologise to anyone affected by this idiot cocking up our database.
if you want to ask totalmultiserver himself (movitel) if we are trustworthy then please do so, we are a main reseller of these logs, and are not in the habbit of ripping anyone off.

Did you consider ringing them before posting here?
I do just over a 100 mile round trip to deal with fonefun. Straight passed 2 other mobile hardware retailers, and equal distance to another 2. I have never heard an "upheld" bad word about them.
The worst it gets for me is that I always call just as the bacon sandwiches arrive. I have never managed to get there just as they order them.

hehe you think i was fast? after i wrote that i had to wait 1 day more for the log, wasn't going to write that but but, since this thread seems to be sticky :rolleyes:
