Hello,
This applies mainly for customers from www.tornadoflasher.net, customers who bought Tornado boxes from me, or my resellers.
Recently, many customers received emails from spammers, offering HWK.
I want to inform my customers that first stock is sent today, so those who want to order it should contact resellers tomorow, and in folowing days.
Furthermore, all customers should know that i will close access to support area to those who buy HWK from other people, not listed on www.tornadoflasher.net reseller page.
Support area will be redesigned in folowing days, we already uploaded new files, and they will be available for HWK customers starting from tuesday, next week.
Customers who dont need HWK for the moment, will have chance to purchase it in next 3 months,and, after this period, access to support area will be discontinued.
I think this is enough time to decide about this purchase, and fair from my side.

Well, is fair at 50%. HWK is new and different module, and different support for HWK modules. Old modules support must be kept, I think.
Posibilities are:
Buying HWK from you (or your resellers) - full support at www.tornadoflasher.net (http://www.tornadoflasher.net/)
Buying HWK from other official reseller - support at www.ufsxhwk.com? (http://www.ufsxhwk.com?) Only HWK support? Maybe support at www.ufsxsupport.com (http://www.ufsxsupport.com/)?
Not buying HWK - support at www.tornadoflasher.net (http://www.tornadoflasher.net/) just for the next 3 monts

It is not fair. I bought my UFS last March. There are still some basic consumer laws. Warranty is minimum 1 year, not 3 or 6 months. In the EU it is even 2 years.
Besides, this HWK does not give any new capabilities. It is just another version of Setool.
Never mind. I am wasting my time.
e-person, we are not talking about warranty, we are talking about support, warranti still be there.
You can go now and buy an old original license for Win98 in a computer shop, but support was discontinued some years ago and MS will give you no support on installing, for example.
HWK is update module for SarasBox, not just Setool clone. More updates will come, I am sure. If you want to keep your SarasBox up to date, just buy it. If not, don't buy and you will have your saras box exactly the same as today as long as you want. Your box still working, but no new modules.
IMO, UFS prices were too low, HWK adding is a good idea, you will earn money on this.
3 Months is more then enough to clearly make decision. How i look on all of this, is folowing:
- HWK should be offered and available in some order, since i feel responsible to offer it firstly to people who bought Tornado back in year 2003. This means i trully belive all customers willpurchase it, and this perioed of 3 months is time i think i could organize HWK-s for all.
Those who will not order it, dont need support anymore. Because there is no sense having support for something which will not work with new updates.
Also, i think this is important to say, server maintenance cost money. I gain money by selling products to new customers, or new products to old customers -:)
Anyway, i dont see any reaso why should my customers buy from Odia (for example), and vice versa. Especialy if you consider fact that i am maybe only one who never had problems with customers, regarding support, licence strings or FBI files.
Problem came when some people started to offer HWK to customers, without havin phisical stock, which created mess, and i dont like it. I cant sell something which is not in my hands, nor advertise it. Now, when my stock is on the way, ( http://www.dhl.ba/cgi-bin/tracking.pl?AWB=4572171866&TID=CC_LAN&docheck=on ) i can clear the things out and show that i have balls. :D
Yes, people want lifetime support, and "unlock-any-model" box for just 150€. Maybe we should start in thinking about 1 year free support and advertise like that, support more than this are headaches for resellers / producers / programmers.

Do you know what work is behinf this tool.?? You need skilled programmers to make such a tool like ufs. And its working. I never had problems with it(only 2 cable problems) so it works perfectly. And that is what you pay for. The programmer skills. If you dont want to pay than make a better program for yourself, or stop gsm business.

i think HWK was out long time ago with the name Setool,they are the same.maybe bb5 will be added on HWK,but who knows thet the_laser won't do the same thing on Setool3?any warranty for this?of course no warranty..

I don't talk about that. i like ufs, i have one! but why should i pay for hwk, in this moment, if i had setool?
this problem is only caused by ufs team, who looks like are sleeping for three long months, as you should know gsm business don't stop and if you want to earn some money you should have right tools! in this moment we have a lot of tools to nokia, some of ones are already flashing BB5 and ufs not, some of thems are making dct4 imei patch and ufs not (only karwos is talkling about that and i think that he is not from usf team). For right now without HWK ufs don't do any of new SE. All the ones who want to unlock these phones should buy a setool or get a PBB wich make SE updates for free.
ufs team let theyr plataform sleeping for long months and some one of us paid for other solutions. why should we don't have acess to flash files in support area? i'm not talking about updates but flash files wich are very important to all the ones that use ufs with our without HWK!
i understand that ufs is a low price box but when i bougth my ufs no one told me that i will have no support if i don't pay the updates! i only want support for flash files to all the ones who don't watn to buy HWK.

As for setool, nobody forced you to buy it, this has nothing with Saras Soft, nor with Tornado box it self.

If something else will be added for DCT4 HWK is not needed, so you have to continue support for those who don't want to buy HWK, DCT4 is still on market and new flashes will be released for those phones, so... this time you're wrong, or... you want to force them to buy HWK by closing old Tornado support in 3 months ?

It's not my problem that you sell your boxs cheap! i paid the price that someone ask me, this is fair. I'm not crying i'm trying to explain the way i think and i believe that the ones who buy setool are forced for non updates from Saras Soft who don't support their product in right way and do updates in right time.
This is a big business to you, forcing every customers to buy HWK even if they don't need it. And of course that's all profit because you don't have to pay anything more to have support area for HWK. BIG BIG business and if in 6 months someone clone HWK let's have another paid upgrade and all the ones who choose not to paid the upgrade will lose their support
It's your decision but i can take mine too, and that is that from you i don't want any more product...

i've been at www.UFSxHWK.com and i don't see anything that we should buy HWK from distributor of our original ufsx, i only see that they give us suport if we buy HWK from a original reseller!
By this i think you're a guy who are trying to make customers paid to you anything that they don't need and they dont' even had to buy from you to have support!

I think is Ok to buy HWK hardware for softwares like LG,SEMC and Sharp but it is not fair 100% for fast flashing and D500 because fast flashing is normaly gift which every autor of boxes must do for clients and D500 is free with many solutions.
I write this because I have Cruiser with that support and I only need fast/normal flashing and flashin support for bb5.
If I pay 50$ + bank interest + custom tax pay + p&p than is better for me to buy JAF ;)
Saras disappoint me with low punch :(

Legijas support is and was the best of all tornado team. His point of view is right! I should apply same conditions, too.
Most of you wants it cheap but also with 1A support. Such things you can find only in a nice colored advertisment, but not in reality, so wake up guys...

My customers with serials starting with 8xxx and 9xxx will have chance to have HWK among the first. Price will be good, since they are first ones who rised this product, and helped us to grow.
As i promissed long time ago, i WILL give discount to my customers for HWK. They know why, i and i know too, so i dont give a damn what others will say.
As for those who dont have my boxes, but think to purchase HWK from me, i must say this: Only in case my old custemers got all HWKs ordered, i can sell to other people. My customers have RIGHT to be first.
Now, i will go to count MONEY, bye ! :D

I have seen Clone UFS and Original UFS, both box are the same, both can be update to new version, the only difference is support. If saras cannot kill the clone ufs box, what assurance that we have with HWK if HWK been clone? What about future support like BB5?

Some people (and Saras especially) work like hell to provide a reliable and verry good solution with good support for the customer, and some other people have time for bull....
I am sure NOKIA and SonyEricsson will provide you the necessary ''Assurance'' when you buy x.000$ devices from them ... ;)
