Two question about HWK....

Hi

I download "traning.exe" file from www.sarasbox.com and i have questions.
I wait when Multi-Com will be selling HWK for Twister. But now i have two questions:

1. For what is Cust/FZ function? We need always flash when example we change only language?
2. For what we must select two *.bin files (ex. F500_12879-VFe.......bin and F500_125900_000000_000.......bin) ????
