hi

i follow the comeplete proceadure register my self receiv the login id and password go the support the section download the latest software version when i run message need box update

i run the sofware along with net connection start updating every thin is ok

but at the end message appear

Box Reboot error!

please help me what is wrong with box

on later try following message appear

m8 had same problem also but we are still waiting for an answer as this box was told me to be f****ed bcos i requested for it in replacement of another bad product, but i insisted to get it now ...... this i get in return....

pic says box activated yet box not activated.....

man I wrote about this in PDF docs. You have to read it before you make update. Read the docs it can help you.

pls how were u able to get urs working mine GSMtricks says is updated but the "connect" button is not highlighted still blank and had read all the docs yet could not complete updating.

pls help me out as this box was given to me on special request for replacement of another faulty product.

Wich software you use? For all this button is activated. Check please for a last version in support area.

what file is it looking for that could not find?

Man as you can see... you software is not connected to box. So why you are angry? Run the software agine and check that everything is good. Then you can recive th eupdate.

Go to setiings and uncheck automatic update.

But my box same problem:
**UNI** port no more 2 leds blinking also no display l_l(U) or l-' (P) , have only Power led(gree light) and smal led(red light).
and no s/n apear message:
