Error on when connect 8110

Hi
when i connect lg 8110 with Blazer box (f) cable . LG3G10.exe
the software show that error and mobile deosnt on
any one knows where is the fault.

and soft dont open any read or write option

cable f with LG3G work fine
you cant select flash because box dont read phone
