www.ufsxhwk.com SITE access??????

i have registered my HWK on this site but still have no access for 2 weeks!!!!

what is problem.......

can you please inform me how long it takes to activate my support account on ufsxhwk? I have my HWK for 3 days now but it´s still not activated and I need the newest SW 1.8 urgent for some LG service.

for me it´s the same but only since 3 days... Perhaps there are a too many new customers, but it would be nice to upload the SW 1.8 anywhere so that we could use the HWK for unlocking meanwhile....

o.k., my reseller is service4handys(kalle) but it seems that he don´t knows about the support account ycivation process - I bought your HWK and now I want the Software to use it. The Flashfiles are not the greatest problem but I need a working software for my HWK :(

thats exaclty what i got, basically it means if you didnt buy from Odia the 'SaraSoft Manager' you have to go to reseller for support! But as not all resellers have got their support sorted themselves yet, thats a bit bloody hard
